  • Acquisition and financing of 100 West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut consisting of 155,455 rsf commercial space on behalf of Antares Investment Partners for $160MM.

  • Acquisition and financing of Marriott Courtyard in Stamford, Connecticut including entering into franchise agreement with Marriott International Inc.

  • Acquisition and financing of Streets of Chester Shopping Center in Chester, New Jersey consisting of 104,682 rsf of retail space on behalf of Core Plus Partners.

  • Acquisition of mixed use properties in California and Washington for St. John’s College (University of Oxford).

  • Acquisition, financing and leasing of mixed use space throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut on behalf of Forstone Capital and ATCO Investment Management.

  • Recapitalization of office, hotel and residential properties, together with the discounted purchase or workout of non- or sub-performing debt.

  • Numerous commercial leasing matters throughout the U.S. for Diageo North America, Inc.
