Diserio Martin is pleased to announce the arrival of James P. Carlon as a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group and Julie V. Pinette as an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. We are also pleased to share that Diserio Martin has opened an office in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jim handles commercial real estate and financing matters, representing developers in construction and permanent financing, acquisitions, sales and other transactions. Jim also represents commercial, retail and mixed use real estate owners and tenants in lease transactions. Jim was formerly an associate with Diserio Martin and we are excited for Jim’s return to the firm.

Julie practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, including representing entities and individuals in complex commercial and personal injury litigation. Julie also supports the Intellectual Property Practice Group on prosecution, transactional, and litigation matters relating to copyrights, trademarks, and unfair competition.
