Nicollette S. Alvarez is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. Nicollette graduated from New York Law School, cum laude, in 2021. During law school, she participated in the Mediation Clinic, the PTO Trademark Clinic, and The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She provides clients with global proactive brand education, protection, and enforcement solutions and brings an understanding of intellectual property considerations across multiple industries, including media, fashion, food and beverage, technology, and more. She also represents clients at the federal level in complex litigations involving trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, and related claims, and is experienced in handling matters at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
