Luke P. Walter

ASSOCIATE

Luke Philip Walter is an Associate in the Firm’s Private Client Group. Luke works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to preserve intergenerational wealth, provide peace of mind for their families, and achieve their charitable objectives through tax efficient estate planning. He is well versed in creating and administering a wide variety of planning documents, from simple wills to specialized trusts. Additionally, Luke provides counsel and support to executors and trustees, ensuring that their fiduciary duties are met and the decedent or grantor’s intentions are accomplished.

Luke attained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an Articles Editor with the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to joining Diserio Martin, Luke practiced law as an estate planning attorney with firms in Greenwich and New York City. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
