Christina L. Winsor is a Partner in the Firm and Chair of its Intellectual Property Group. Christina counsels clients ranging from global luxury brands to small start-ups. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various industries, such as fashion, cosmetics, luxury goods, music, food, toys, machinery, technology, medical instruments and many more. She enjoys advising clients in all aspects of building a strong and successful brand, including trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and licensing. She has vast experience in creating customized investigative and enforcement programs to combat infringing and counterfeit trademarks and copyrights, both online and in the physical world. Her background includes anti-counterfeiting and infringement litigation, administrative procedures before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and domain name enforcement actions. Christina additionally counsels her clients on website development and the various agreements required to conduct business online.
